Marczell AI ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Marczell AI mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

Personal Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Age and timezone
- Authentication credentials (stored securely via our authentication provider)
Behavioral and Wellness Data
Our Service collects and processes behavioral and wellness-related data to provide personalized coaching and audio experiences. This includes:
- Self-assessment responses: Answers to onboarding questions about your goals, limiting beliefs, emotional patterns, and self-ratings across life areas (wealth, health, relationships)
- Behavioral profile data: AI-generated identity scores across six dimensions — identity, emotional stability, confidence, execution, decision clarity, and self-awareness — derived from your self-reported responses
- Coaching conversation content: Messages exchanged during daily coaching sessions and open-ended coaching conversations
- Behavioral analysis: AI-generated insights including cognitive patterns, behavioral loops, and psychological narratives, all based on your voluntary responses
- Progress tracking: Changes in your identity scores over time, session streaks, and milestone achievements
- Instagram profile analysis: If you use this optional feature, screenshots you upload and the resulting personality analysis
Important: Marczell AI is not a medical or mental health service. The behavioral data we collect is based entirely on your voluntary self-reported responses and AI-generated coaching insights. It is not clinical, diagnostic, or medical data.
Usage Data
We automatically collect device information, IP addresses, browser type, operating system, access times, and pages viewed to improve the Service.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by third-party providers (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Whop). We do not store your credit card or payment details. We receive only confirmation of your subscription status.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Service delivery: Generate your personalized behavioral profile, provide daily coaching conversations, and create personalized hypnosis and guided audio sessions
- Personalization: Tailor coaching content to your specific behavioral patterns, goals, and progress
- Progress tracking: Monitor changes in your identity dimensions over time and unlock milestone achievements
- Audio generation: Create personalized hypnosis audio scripts based on your behavioral profile and coaching sessions
- Communications: Send account-related emails, session reminders, and streak notifications
- Analytics: Understand how users interact with the Service to improve features and performance
- Legal compliance: Meet applicable legal obligations
3. How We Share Your Information
AI Processing Partners
To generate personalized coaching responses and audio scripts, your behavioral data and conversation content are processed by third-party AI services, including Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI. These providers:
- Process data solely to generate responses for your sessions
- Operate under their respective privacy policies and data processing agreements
- Do not use your data for model training when accessed via their API services
Audio Generation
Personalized audio scripts are processed by RunPod, a cloud computing provider, for text-to-speech conversion. Only the script text is sent — no personal identifiers are included in the audio generation request.

- Supabase: Database hosting and user authentication
- Vercel: Application hosting
- Resend: Transactional email delivery
- Inngest: Background job processing
- Whop: Subscription and payment management
We Do Not
- Sell your personal or behavioral data to third parties
- Use your data for advertising or ad targeting
- Share your data with data brokers
- Share identifiable behavioral data with other users
Legal Disclosures
We may disclose your information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Marczell Klein Corp, our users, or others.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest
- Database access is protected by row-level security — users can only access their own data
- Administrative access is restricted to authorized personnel with role-based access controls
- API endpoints are rate-limited to prevent abuse
- User input is sanitized to prevent injection attacks
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained for the duration of your active account
- Behavioral profiles and coaching conversations: Retained for the duration of your active subscription to provide continuity in your coaching experience
- Generated audio files: Stored in your audio vault for the duration of your subscription
- Account deletion: Upon account deletion, all personal data, behavioral profiles, coaching conversations, chat sessions, and generated audio files are permanently deleted within 30 days
- Legal retention: We may retain certain data as required by applicable law or legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, dispute resolution)
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Update or correct inaccurate personal information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data via the account deletion page in the app or by contacting us
- Opt-out: Unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time
- Data portability: Request your data in a structured, commonly used format
California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell your data)
- Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights
7. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
