REFUND POLICY

At Marczell Klein Corp, we are committed to delivering world-class transformational experiences through our digital programs, live seminars, and coaching services. To maintain fairness and clarity, the following refund policy applies to all purchases:

1. Digital Programs

This includes, but is not limited to:

Invisible Influence, Subconscious Remap, Path to Power, The Limitless Path, Abundance Mindset, Miami Mind Control, APEX, and any other digital program we may release in the future.

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase only if less than 25% of the content has been accessed.

After 7 days or once 25% or more of the content has been consumed, no refunds will be granted.

APEX Monthly Membership: You may cancel at any time to avoid future billing. However, no refunds are issued once access to the community and course has been granted.

Strictly no refunds for APEX after 24 hours of access.

2. Live Seminars

This includes:

Mindset Mastery, Limitless, Limitless Wealth, Mental Millionaire, Hypnosis Certification, Diamond Retreat, and any future in-person or Zoom-based seminars hosted by Marczell Klein Corp.

45+ days before the event:

50% refund or 75% credit toward future services.

20–44 days before the event:

25% refund or 50% credit.

Less than 20 days before the event:

No refunds. A 50% credit may be applied to a future program at our discretion.

If an event is canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, travel bans, or health emergencies), no refunds will be issued.

A credit will be applied to a future service.

3. Coaching Programs

This includes:

Breakthrough Accelerator, Breakthrough Platinum, Coaching Mastery, and any future 1:1, group, or hybrid coaching programs.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

After 7 days, no refunds will be granted under any circumstance.

Clients on payment plans remain liable for the full program amount after the 7-day window has passed.

Demonstrated participation and implementation of program content may be required for refund consideration.

4. Administrative Fee

A non-refundable 10% administrative fee applies to all refunds, regardless of the program type or reason for cancellation.

5. General Conditions

All refund requests must be submitted via the official Refund Request Form provided by Marczell Klein Corp.

Refunds, when approved, are processed within 10 business days.

Credits issued in lieu of refunds are non-transferable and must be used within 12 months of issuance.

By completing a purchase, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this policy in full.
